Alice Kay Blackledge

Alice Blackledge, 66 of Harrison, MI passed away at the Laurels in Mt. Pleasant Thursday, January 18, 2018. Cremation has taken place. Alice was born on May 8, 1951 daughter of the late Eugene and Luella (Ives) Longcore. She married Willis Blackledge on February 13, 1970 in Marion MI. She worked at Autumn Wood Adult Foster Care in McBain and was the Owner of the Carriage House Adult Foster Care until retiring in 2001. Alice is survived by her husband, Willis Blackledge of Harrison; children, Jeannie (John) Gnotek of Highland MI, Diane (Russell) Lake of Greenville, MI, Nancy Blackledge (John Dawson) of Port Huron, Robert (Kim) Blackledge of Reed City and Angel Blackledge of Harrison; 17 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Florence, Woody, Benny and Laurie.
