Alice Irene Hill

Alice I. Hill, 80, of Mt. Pleasant and formerly of Harrison passed away Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Laurels of Mt. Pleasant. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, at the Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home, 2300 S. Lincoln Rd. with Pastor Jodie Stehouwer officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial of her ashes will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Harrison. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Alice is survived by three children, Angela Hill of Mt. Pleasant, Gerald Hill of Harrison, and Tonya DeGiorgis of Reed City; four grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and her brother, Gene (Phyllis) Brandon of Clare. She was preceded in death by her parents Glen and Minnesota Minnie Brandon; son, Daniel Dubay; grandchildren, Amanda Rouch and Leslie David DeGiorgis; and brother, Earl Brandon.
