Armoni Donte Ray

Armoni Ray was born in a hurry alongside his twin brother Damoni on the morning of May 16, 2021.  He was troubled with medical issues from the start and despite all that was done for him by the hospitals of Sparrow and U of M he earned his wings and joined his spirit family on May 23, 2021. He may have been here for just a moment but he will forever be in our hearts. He was a sweet baby who avoided the camera during ultrasounds and was much more laid back than his brother when music was played. It was exciting to see how different they were even before their birth.  Armoni is survived by his parents, Donte Ray and Lamora Shawboose; grandparent, Dora Ray; great grandma Thomasine "Ruby" MeShawboose; sisters, Tayah and Kaliyah Ray; brothers, Dalante Phillips, and his twin Damoni Ray; uncles, Pierre Dawson, and Keith Parker; aunt, Shequoia Ray; so many great uncles, great aunts and a multitude of cousins. He was welcomed into the spirit world by many people including his grandma Letta S.
