Beverly Ann Jackson

Beverly Jackson, 65, of Weidman, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021, at McLaren Bay Region Hospital in Bay City. She was born June 20, 1956, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, daughter of the late Perry and Janet Brailey. Her 26-year marriage to Gordon Howard Jackson Sr. was blessed with eight children, Bonnie, Janet, Gordon Jr., Terry, Arthur, Elizabeth, Harry, and Carolyn. Beverly enjoyed Karaoke, old car shows, the Wheatland Festival, and going to the casino. She is survived by six children, Janet (Joe) Waldorf of Mt. Pleasant, Gordon (Katie) Jackson Jr. of Kentucky, Terry (Athena) Jackson of Weidman, Elizabeth (Shane) Robert of Weidman, Harry Jackson of Weidman, and Carolyn (Josh) Gardner of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Katherine, Nichole, Abby, Bobby, Janice, McKenzie, Joshua II, Hunter, Destiney, Isabella, Sofie, Diamond and Nathanel; brother, Terry Brailey; sister, Kerri Winright; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Janet Brailey; husband, Gordon Jackson Sr.; daughter, Bonnie Jackson; son, Arthur Jackson; and grandsons, David Kinney, and Shane Robert Jr. Beverly's funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 6, at Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home with Pastor Patricia Tefft officiating. A luncheon will immediately follow in Lincoln Reception Center. Family will receive friends for visitation at Charles R. Lux funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 4 and 5, 2021 from 4 p.m. –7 p.m. and one hour prior to service on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
