Bonnie Lou Pelcher, age 78, of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015 at her home. Bonnie was born on January 4, 1937 in Isabella County, the daughter of James Harold and Pearl Annis (Gary) Taylor. A life time resident of the area, Bonnie was the administrator and owner of Pelchers AFC Homes, Inc. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren. She was an avid bingo player. Survivors include her children, Joseph Neff, Douglas and Daun Neff, Patrick Neff, Randolph and Deborah Neff, Dorothy Neff, Gloria and Terry Guthrie, Rebecca Smith, Sharon Fussman and her huband Andrew (Bird) Phelps and Pamela Mark and her friend Jamie Harris; step-children, Ronald, Troy, William and Marla Pelcher. Also surviving are twenty seven grandchildren, forty four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her longtime friend Duane Pelcher, Sr. and her former husband Leroy Neff. Bonnie was preceded in death by both parents, a daughter Christine Neff, step-son Duane Pelcher, Jr., two brothers, William Taylor and Ronald Taylor and her sister Ruth Eckart. A service celebrating Bonnies life will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 11 a.m. from Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas Held officiating. Interment will follow in St. Henry Cemetery, Rosebush. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, June16 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Rowley Funeral Home and again on Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m. until service time. Memorial contributions in Bonnie name have been suggested to the Community Cancer Services or the Pardee Cancer Treatment Center of Isabella County. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and the church. Bonnie will be missed by all, especially by Robert, Adrian, James, Morgan, Yasmin, Guadalupe and her extended family and friends.
