Bradley "Burt" S. Prout

Brad Prout, 40, of Rosebush died unexpectedly Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008 as a result of a snowmobile accident. His funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at Leaton United Methodist Church with Pastor Connie Bongard officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday from 9-11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses and assist in his childrens futures. Envelopes are available at Lux Funeral Home. Brad was born June 19, 1967, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Henry and Linda (Muterspaugh) Prout. He worked construction all of his life. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and bonfires. But the most important thing in his life were his daughters. Brad leaves behind his two daughters, Morgan and Emily; his father, Henry Prout; brothers, Brian (Jenny) Prout, Randy Prout, and Jerry Ruemmler; sister, Heather (Andy) Frisch; maternal grandmother, Lucille Prout; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Prout in 2002; and step-mother, Deborah Prout.
