Carl E. Mcclorey

Carl McClorey, 53, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020, at his home. Carl was born January 5, 1967, in Southfield, Michigan, son of Charles and Barbara Jean (Ciarkowski) McClorey of Lincoln, Michigan. He was employed by CME for 20 years, most recently as a core press team leader. He enjoyed writing stories for comic books, hiking, fishing, reading, writing, collecting Legos, and playing basketball with his daughter, Patrina. He loved his children more than anything and would do anything for them. Carl is survived by his parents; children, Theresa McClorey of Mt. Pleasant, Brian McClorey of Grand Rapids, and Patrina McClorey of Grand Rapids; his siblings, Mark (Michelle) McClorey of Kentucky, Dean (Carolyn) McClorey of Ohio, Patricia (Mike) Smith of Ohio, and Christopher (Paige) McClorey of Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. A private Funeral Mass for Carl will be celebrated at the Saint Dominic Savio church in Freeland Mi.
