Christina Marie Rodriguez

Christina Rodriguez, 47, of St. Louis passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 23, 2021, at her home in St. Louis.  Christina was born on July 21, 1974, daughter of Antonio and Marie (Spurbeck) Arambula in Lansing, Mi.  Christina graduated from Lansing Eastern High School in 1992.  She married the love of her life, Luciano Rodriguez, in 2006, in St. Louis, Mi. Christina was a girl scout leader for over 10 years.  She opened her home to multiple foster children when her children were still at home, she loved to be a mother to everyone.  Christina enjoyed camping, traveling to many state parks, kayaking, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.  Especially their weekly family dinners.  She also enjoyed watching her children's sporting events and her dog, Thunder.  She will be greatly missed by many.  Christina is survived by her children, Shyanna Rodriguez of Mt. Pleasant, Destiny Rodriguez of St. Louis, Jasmine Rodriguez of St. Louis, Isabel Larson of Japan, and Dacota Rodriguez of St. Louis; siblings, Juan Arambula, Antonio Arambula, Dan Arambula, Esteven Arambula and Rebecca (Alpha) Camara; and many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by, her biological father, Edwin Shepard.  A funeral service will be held for Christina at the Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home on Friday, August 27, 2021, at 11 a.m.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  A luncheon will be held in the Lincoln Reception Center, located next the funeral home, immediately following the service.    To sign the online guest book or leave a condolence for the family please visit www.CharlesRLux.com.
