Claire Lee Faylor

Claire Faylor, 65, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on July 18, in Mt. Pleasant with location to be determined. Claire was born June 22, 1954, in Carson City, Michigan, son of the late Otto and Donna (Gietzen) Faylor. Claire enjoyed grilling and looking at old cars. He loved dogs. He worked for Barton Builders in Mt. Pleasant for more than a decade. Claire is survived by his fianc, Yvonne Cruz of Mt. Pleasant; children, Nanette Crandell of Grand Rapids, Brodie Wilder of Florida, Christopher Faylor of Belding, Heather Lipsey of Saginaw, Amanda Faylor of Mt. Pleasant, Ryan Hughes of Mt. Pleasant, Anthony Hughes of Mt. Pleasant, Haylee Hansel of Mt. Pleasant, Cody Burman of Weidman, and Hunner Faylor of Mt. Pleasant; siblings, Cindy Faylor, Curt Faylor, Victor Faylor, Juanita Newland, Keith Thorn, and Charles Thorn; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Claire was preceded in death by his parents; stepdad, Victor Larson; and siblings, Isadore Faylor and Kenneth Thorn.
