Clint W. Snyder

Snyder, Clint W., age 52, born July 6, 1964 in Youngstown, OH, passed away of natural causes Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at his home in Midland, MI. Burial will take place at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown, OH. Dr. Snyder is preceded in death by his parents, Louise and Albert Snyder. He is survived by his sister, Bernadette Cochrane, his brother, Eric Snyder, and many close friends and colleagues. Dr. Snyder was the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the Central Michigan University College of Medicine. Dr. Snyder was engaging, kind, funny and service oriented. He loved the students at the College of Medicine, and always worked with their interests at heart. His big smile and outgoing personality would instantly light up a room and hell be remembered for his ability to bring out the best of the individuals with whom he worked. At work and in his personal life, he was well known for giving of himself and supporting those in need, especially with charities overseas. He greatly enjoyed traveling, as well as sharing stories about his cat Opie and the heroic gifts this good mouser would leave on his doorstep. A celebration of Dr. Snyders life will be held at the Midland Country Club, 1120 W St Andrews Rd, Midland, MI 48640 on August 12, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. In memory of Dr. Snyder, a scholarship fund has been established at the Central Michigan University College of Medicine.
