Clinton 'Bum' Clio Neff

Clinton Bum Clio Neff, age 89, of Coleman, Michigan passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at MidMichigan Medical Center " Midland. Bum was born on October 20, 1927 in at his parents home in Rosebush, Michigan. He was the of John Martin and Bessie (Parcher) Neff. In January, 1956, he married Janet Yvonne Barlow in Clare. Janet passed away on 2003. Bum was employed for many years for Fisher Sand and Gravel as a heavy equipment operator. He also farmed in his younger years. He was a man who enjoyed hunting and fishing, snowmobiling and watching NASCAR. He loved animals and enjoyed working on old cars, but only on Fords. Clinton is survived by his children: Nikki and Larry Rhode of Shepherd and David Neff of Coleman. Also surviving are three grandchildren and many great grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Emma Neff. He was preceded in death by his wife, both parents and eleven brothers and sisters. No services are planned; cremation has taken place. Friends desiring to remember Bum with a memorial contribution have been asked to consider the Isabella County Humane Society.
