Connie Brigham

Connie Jean Brigham 48 of Mt. Pleasant passed away September 21st after her long courageous fight with cancer. Connie was born December 20th, 1962 in Petoskey, Michigan were she also graduated in 1981. She married John Brigham in 1989. Connie was a great hairstylist and was also co owner of the Side door salon were she made countless friends. She was also an educator for the Eufora international company which she had a great passion for. Eufora has set up an award the Connie Brigham memorial Spirit award to be given annually to an individual within the organization that exhibits giving, passion and inspiration. Three characteristics perfectly describing her. Wherever she went she had the ability to make friends immediately and would schedule treatment schedules so as not to inconvenience others. Connie had a passion for helping others and was a gifted organizer which was evident in the events she helped plan at Community church. She was also famous for her ability to find deals and would frequently help friends book airline tickets, hotels, etc. at much lower rates. Connie leaves behind her husband of 22 years John, two children, Matthew 20 and Elizabeth 9 of Mt. Pleasant, her parents Robert and Georgene Fox of Petoskey and brother Rudy (Katie) Fox of Cedar Michigan as well as nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place Saturday, October 1st at 11:00 at Mount Pleasant Community church. A luncheon will follow. In lieu of flowers they ask donation be made to the "Brigham family trust" at the Isabella bank and trust in Mt. Pleasant.
