David A. Ross

David Aaron Ross, 63, of Mt. Pleasant passed away at home July 5, 2003. He has gone to be with his Lord and Savior. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, at Lux Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Freed officiating. Friends may call at Lux Funeral Home on Monday from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to his children. Envelopes are available at Lux Funeral Home. David was born March 21, 1941, in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of John and Lola (Knowles) Ross. David loved to make people laugh. He was a brick layer, master gardener, member of MENSA and artistic in many ways. He enjoyed reading, woodworking, photography and bass fishing. David was a member of the New Life Ministry Church of Mt. Pleasant. He was a loving father and will be sadly missed by his four children, Aaron, Rebecca, John and Samantha Ross of Beal City; two sisters JoAnna (Mike) McClure of Auburn Hills, and Donna Barnett of Lake Orion. He was preceded in death by his parents.
