Dennis Raymond Lemon

Dennis Lemon, 64, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Monday, March 9, 2020, at McLaren Central Michigan with his family by his side. He was born November 12, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, son of Elmer V. and Eleanor J. (Rose) Lemon. He attended Cousino High School in Warren, and enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving during Vietnam. He was employed by Northwest Airlines as a ground supervisor. Prior to that he had been employed by Ford Motor Company. Dennis married Linda S. (Speer) Juras on May 20, 2013. He was a hobby farmer and enjoyed visiting the casino where he had previously been employed. He was also a volunteer firefighter for Shepherd. Dennis is survived by his wife, Linda; two children, Matthew (Katie) Lemon of Midland and Elizabeth Annie (Greg) Korf of Freeland; two stepsons, Chad (Holly) Juras of Bear Lake and Dan Erdman of Saginaw; eight grandchildren; his mother, Ellie Lemon of Mt. Pleasant; three siblings, Richard (Cheryl) Lemon of Clinton Township, Karen (Wayne) Meyer of Midland and Teresa Namel of Bradenton, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
