Erin Michelle Sutton

Erin Sutton, 25, of Mt. Pleasant and formerly of Weidman, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at her home. Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Jeff Galla officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and on Friday one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Erin was born July 25, 1990, in Alma, daughter of Michael Waidler and Teresa Briggs. A graduate of Chippewa Hills High School in 2009, Erin was employed as a beautician. On October 31, 2015 she married Eric Sutton in Remus. Erin enjoyed reading, but her passion was applying makeup for special effects. Erin leaves behind her husband, Eric Sutton; parents, Michael (Barb Parker) Waidler of Weidman and Teresa (Billy) Crews of Florida; paternal grandparents, Henry and Helene Waidler of Weidman; parents-in-law, Dave and Bonnie Sutton of Chippewa Lake; and numerous siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
