Federico M. Escamilla

Federico M. Escamilla, 58, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at his home. His funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 6, at the Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home with Father Loren Kalinowski officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday and Friday from 5-9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the service begins. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Federico was born June 12, 1950, in Saginaw, the son of Rodolfo and Vicenta (Molina) Escamilla. He was employed as a groundskeeper for Windingbrook Golf Course in Shepherd. He is survived by his wife, Carmen; three children, Estella Escamilla of Midland, Andrea (David) Perez of Ludington, and Freddy (Viviana) Escamilla of Mt. Pleasant; eight grandchildren; two brothers; and four sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother.
