George Connelly

George Stub Connelly, 77, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, at his home. He was born June 16, 1939, in Essexville, son of the late Peter and Zepha (Light) Connelly. George is survived by five children, Tim Connelly, Shawn Connelly, Shane Connelly, Shannon (Dave) Garnaat, and Sharrieanne Connelly; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Peter Connelly; his companion, Kim Novak; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Kim Connelly; and siblings, Layne Connelly, Robert Connelly and Louise Connelly. At Georges request, cremation has taken place.
