Jacqueline L. Cotter

Jacqueline Cotter, 72, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at home with her family by her side after a one-month battle with cancer. Her funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, January 12, at Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Selvidge officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery immediately following the service, concluding with a funeral dinner at Lincoln Township Hall. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and on Friday one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Jackie was born October 16, 1945, in Mt. Pleasant, daughter of the late Madison Monroe Joe and Goldie Tencil (Haught) Moore. She graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in 1963. She was employed by Central Michigan Community Hospital as a surgical supply aide, and later worked at the Isabella County Medical Care Facility Adult Day Program. Some of her favorite pastimes were reading, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and singing and dancing. Jackie is survived by two children Jeffrey John Cotter (Missy Willer) of Mt. Pleasant and Jamie Jo (Ryan) Raymond of Shepherd; two grandsons, Nicholas Patrick Raymond and Hunter Charles Raymond; four siblings, Belva York of Mt. Pleasant, Shirley Foster of Mt. Pleasant, Gary (Janice) Moore of Weidman, and Eric (Connie) Moore of Mt. Pleasant; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two siblings, Bob Moore and Phyllis Breedlove.
