Jeanne N. Loyer Jan. 19, 1921-Sept. 18, 2009 Jeanne Loyer, 88, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Friday, Sept. 18, 2009, at the Isabella County Medical Care Facility. Jeanne was born Jan. 19, 1921, in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of Sherod and Frances (Conklin) Noe. She was married to Cecil Beltinck. After his death, she married Charlie Loyer. A graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School in 1939, Jeanne was a sheep farmer and also worked as a nurses aide. She enjoyed quilting. Jeanne is survived by her sister, Virginia Erickson of California; friend and guardian, Jim (Karen) Holton of Mt. Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Cecil Beltinck and Charlie Loyer; two sons, Barry and Gary Beltinck; and a sister, Shirley Lawler.
