Jennifer M. Vanbuskirk

Jennifer M. VanBuskirk, 31, of Mt. Pleasant died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007 as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident. Her funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at Lux Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Buchner of Rosebush United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Gilmore Township Cemetery. Friends may call at Lux Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-7 p.m. and on Thursday from 1-2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jennifers children. Checks may be made payable to Lux Funeral Home. Jennifer was born May 30, 1976, in Mt. Pleasant the daughter of Larry and Doris (Melinowski) VanBuskirk. She was employed by McBride Homes as a direct care worker but for the last several years has been a stay-at-home mom. Some of her favorite pastimes were reading, traveling, needlework, photography, and helping others. But most important to her were her children. Jennifer is survived by her two children Isaac Andy and Benjamin Andy; parents, Larry and Doris VanBuskirk of Weidman; sister, Sheila (Mike) Buccilli of Clare; two brothers, Kevin Reynolds and James Reynolds, both of Mt. Pleasant; and companion, Errol JR Andy of Mt. Pleasant. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Ethan Andy in 2004; brother, Keith Reynolds; sister, Angela Ryder, maternal grandparents, Ralph and Margaret Melinowski; and paternal grandparents, Percy and Elsie VanBuskirk.
