John Joseph Obuchowski
John Obuchowski, 79, of Mt. Pleasant and formerly of Saginaw, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016, at his home.
Per Johns wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
John was born November 8, 1936, in Saginaw, MI, son of the late Peter A. and Cora P. (Smith) Obuchowski. He graduated from Holy Family High School in Saginaw in 1954 and attended Bay City Junior College before enrolling at Central Michigan University. From 1959-1965 he served in the National Guard. He was employed by the State of Michigan at the Michigan National Guard Armory in Saginaw.
John is survived by his brother, Peter (Mary) Obuchowski of Mt. Pleasant; and nieces and nephews, Karen Everett, Joseph Couture, Diane Couture, Tim Obuchowski, and John P. Obuchowski.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Bonnie Couture.
