Joseph William Hartupee

Joseph Hartupee Jr., 57, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at his home.  He was born on December 19, 1963, son of the late Joseph and Caroline (Render) Hartupee in Mt. Pleasant.  Joseph was a jack of all trades.  He worked for Ray Jones Oilfield and helped construct the MGM Studios in Disney World.  Joseph enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.  He loved his dog, Sissy.  Joseph loved his grandkids more than anything in this world he would have done anything to make sure they always had a smile on their faces. They were his little best friends. Joseph is survived by his life partner, Tiffiney Wiggins of Mt. Pleasant; children, Richard Wiggins of Mt. Pleasant, Autumn (Jeremy) Cumpson of San Angelo, Tx., and Amanda (Deshawn Parker) Wiggins of St. Louis; 11 grandchildren, Peighton, Messiah, Royale, Dean, Allison, Madison, Everleigh, Bristol, Bryce, Braxtin and Bradley; siblings, Garry (Rebecca) Hartupee and Carol Hartupee, both of Mt. Pleasant; and lifelong friend, Andrew (Shannon) Granger of Shepherd.  He was preceded by both parents.  Per Joseph's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of life on December 31 ^st at 2p.m. at the Chippewa Township Hall.
