Juanita M. Brynaert, 75, of Mt. Pleasant died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004 at home. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wed. Dec. 29, at Lux Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wed. From 1 p.m. until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to MidMichigan Hospice. Envelopes are available at Lux Funeral Home. Juanita was born July 6, 1929, in Detroit, the daughter of William J. And Viola M. (Miller) Taylor. She married Richard Brynaert May 30, 1950, in Detroit. She worked at Montgomery Ward after her children started high school. She loved spending time with her family and shopping with her daughter. Some of Juanitas favorite pastimes were crocheting, sewing, reading science fiction and watching movies, solving crossword and jigsaw puzzles, hunting, fishing, and tending to her rose garden. She was known to be a Trekkie and loved having collectibles. Juanita is survived by her husband, Richard Brynaert of Mt. Pleasant; three children, Steven (Linda) Brynaert of Milford, Cheryl Bardaville of St. Louis, and Darryl (Allison) Brynaert of Port Huron; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, James Taylor.
