Khrystil Gail Black transitioned to heaven on Saturday October 30, 2021, in Mount Pleasant Michigan. Her faith in God, strong will to live, and the love and prayers of family, carried her through many difficult and trying days. Khrystil (Gail) was born on May 06, 1963 in Tallahassee, Fl. Gail was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Williams Wright and stepfather, Junice C. Wright Jr. Gail grew up in Tampa, Fl, and was the oldest of 3 children. As a child growing up, Gail's artistic prowess was also utilized in sewing, singing, and writing. She attended Progress Village Baptist Church, and enjoyed praising God. She was too shy to sing in the church, but she did engage her family in her vocals. After graduating from Brandon High School, Gail migrated to Dallas Texas. She worked at Jacobson (Dallas Texas, Denver Colorado, and Seattle Washington) as a team lead, where she assisted clients gain access to affordable health insurance. Gail also worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and FEMA. Gail and her siblings grew up in the church (Progress village Baptist Church). Gail always had a strong love for Jesus Christ and served her calling at Gates of Glory Church with Pastor/Evangelist Howard Richardson (Dallas, Tx). Gail found her way to the Potters House where she served as a fierce Warrior of Christ. During this time, Gail fulfilled her religious calling by serving as a guest minister at various gospel festivals. Her favorite festival she attended was the Barbados Gospel Festival in Bridgetown, Barbados. After her mother became ill, Gail moved back to Valrico Florida. Gail worked for FEMA (Obamacare) and transition to ed at United Healthcare for 4 years. Gail loved to plan events that would gather family together. Gail loved to volunteer, generously helped others, and always possessed a giving spirit. Family and friends would call Gail for help with life problems. She graciously listened and provided a unique perspective that reflected her religious foundation. She was a forgiving person and encouraged others to follow in her lead. Gail was an entrepreneur at heart and successfully published 2 books; one being "Branches of Life/A Change in my Season." She was a self-taught programmer who started a web design business for church ministries. Gail was very creative and loved experimenting in the kitchen. Cakes were her expertise and led her to create a bakery business that specialized Bundt cakes. Gail served as prophetess, praise leader and administrator at Gracesons Life Church. Gail was known for speaking a powerful prophetic word and conducting all night pray sessions to intercede for others. She was a Mighty Warrior of God. Her number one man was Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Everyone I have spoken to knows that she is with him now. Everywhere she went she prayed for others, even through her pain. She was a Warrior for Jesus Christ. She is a beautiful Soul. she always had an ear open to any problems you had. She had a bias healing approach to her solutions. In Gail's final days, she was dedicated to fulfilling her calling to the Lord. Her prayers and joy were consumed by all in her presence. Her ultimate goal in life was to bring forth blessings to everyone she encountered and wanted them to have a forgiving heart. Gail will truly be missed by her family and friends. As a beloved sister, she leaves to cherish precious memories with sister Ingrid Byer (David) of Groveland, FL; brother J.C. Wright, III of St. Petersburg FL; dog, Ephraim Black; niece, Indaya Byer of Groveland, FL; nephews Miles Wright of Groveland FL, Dangelo Byer, Raheem Burrows of Nassau Bahamas; friends Desiree Graham, Alicia Coulter, Kevin Coleman, Quoqueze Price, Jeniece Parker, Isaiah Johnson and many more Aunts, Uncles, family and friends.
