Lenore G. Galleck

Lenore G. Galleck, 87, of Clawson and formerly of Troy, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2008 at Bay Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society, 30300 Telegraph Rd., Suite 220, Bingham Farms, MI 48023-4507. Lenore was born March 27, 1921 in Detroit the daughter of Alexander and Susan (Polachko) Tellish. Lenore retired from Hudsons after 20 years of service. She then went to work for the Holiday Inn of Troy for over 30 years. Lenore is survived by her daughter, Judy Ferrier of Mt. Pleasant; one brother, Alexander (Bernice) Tellish of Westland; two sisters, Sue (Bob) Lynn of Missouri, Patricia (Albert) Kula of Houghton Lake; four grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband George; son Dennis, and two sisters Dorothy and Florence.
