Linda Lee Hancock

Linda Lee Hancock, 39, of Weidman went to be with our Lord Thursday, May 9, 2002 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Her funeral will take place at 12 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, at Lux Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Eldridge officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Weidman. Visitation is Monday from 2-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes are available at Lux Funeral Home. Linda was born December 30, 1962, in Detroit, the daughter of Louie P. and Beatrice (James) Hunt. She married Robert Hancock on August 20, 1994 in Weidman. She enjoyed camping, crafts and long walks. But most important in her life was her family. Linda is survived by her husband, Robert Hancock of Weidman; daughters, Jackie and Erica Hancock, both of Weidman; her mother, Beatrice Hunt of Weidman; her siblings, Danny (Mary) Hunt of East Point, Sharon (Paul) Berger of Armada, Debbie (Pat) Considine of Sterling Heights, Garry (Nancy) Hunt of Leonard, Terry Recker of Cynthiana, KY, and Diane (Charles) Hoadley of Sterling Heights; her mother-in-law, June Hancock of Weidman; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Louie P. Hunt in 1993.
