Marguerite Joyce Mastin (Eberhardt)

Marguerite Mastin, 77, of Mt. Pleasant passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at the Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.  Marguerite was born on December 22, 1945, in St. Louis, Mo., daughter of the late Hugo and Rose (Striebel) Eberhardt.  She graduated with the class of 1963 from the Bishop DuBourgh High School in St. Louis, Mo.   Marguerite worked for Chrysler Auto Workers for several years and worked as a Home Health Care Worker.  She was an avid reader and treasured her Catholic faith. Marguerite loved her family dearly and always reminded us "Jesus Loves You and So Do I!".  She will be missed by so many.  Marguerite is survived by her daughters, Marguerite Renee Melton of Phoenix, Az, and Michele (Greg) Colores of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Jennifer (Richard) Caldwell, James Melton, Ernie Melton, Zachary (Chelsea) Colores, Ryan Colores, Isabella Colores, Jordan (Jeremiah) Miller; three great grandchildren, Raven Mann, Christian Caldwell and Julianna Miller; and sister in law, Jean Eberhardt. She was preceded in death by both parents; sisters, Gail Harig, Annette Brady, Jeanette Ribeiro, Constance Eberhart, and Rose Marie Virden; brothers, Paul and Lawrence Eberhardt.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Parish in Crystal City, Mo. with Father Steve officiating.  She will be laid to rest in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City, Mo. Immediately following the family would like friends to join them at the Sacred Heart Church Rectory Hall for a meal.
