Marie Eleanor Bowers

Marie Bowers, 93, of Rosebush passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at McLaren Central Michigan. Marie was born on January 6, 1930, in Saginaw, daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary (Delmas) DeMoines. Marie enjoys gardening, arts and crafts and was an avid hunter in her early years. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and special friend Linda. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Marie is survived by her children, Sally (Fred) Spangler of Tulsa, OK, Mary Jane Evans of Rosebush, and Kenneth (Bonnie) Gibson of Crestview, FL; nine grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren; sister, Marlene VanOrden; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by both parents; by her children's father, Willard K. Gibson; husband, Tim; children, Rita Smith and Randy Gibson; two brothers; and five sisters. Marie will be laid to rest next to her husband Tim in Vernon Twp. cemetery and a celebration of life will be celebrated on a future date.
