Marilyn Mae Crawford

Marilyn Mae Crawford, 85, of Shepherd, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Medilodge in Mt. Pleasant. Marilyn was born on April 14, 1932 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Harry Arthur Crawford and Ina Mabel Cline. Marilyn worked for a dry cleaners for many years, and as a factory worker making automotive parts. She had attended the Methodist Church in the past. Survivors include her children, daughter Susan and Dave Nako of Sterling Heights, Michigan and son David Miller and his girlfriend Elaine Miller of Shepherd. Five grandchildren: Samantha Davis, Caitlyn Nako, Andrew Miller, Nikolas Miller and Suzan Miller, and one great grandson, Conor Miller. A sister Beverly Allen of Bridgeport, Michigan and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Brad Miller in 1999, both parents, a sister Helen Egbert and a brother, Ron Crawford. In following the family wishes, there will be no services for Marilyn. Interment of the cremated remains will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan at a later date. Friends desiring to remember Marilyn are asked to make a donation her memory to a charity of their choice.
