Mark (Yogi) Jon Wilson, age 56, of Mt. Pleasant went to be with the Lord on November 17, 2013 with his loving family by his side.

Yogi was born on August 20, 1957 in Mt. Pleasant. He was the son of Charles and Margaret (Wescoat) Wilson. Yogi enjoyed operating his own sandblasting company, gardening, watching football and NASCAR, old western movies and canning from his garden.

Yogi is survived by his children; Amy (Nick) Noggle of Lake Isabella, Evan Wilson of Mt. Pleasant and Samantha Stegman of Mt. Pleasant; parents, Charles and Margaret (Wescoat) Wilson of Farwell; sisters, Carol (Kevin) Twitchell of Woodland, CA, Jackie (Barney) McCormick of Arcadia, FL and Diane Moore of Farwell; 3 grandchildren, Allie, Parker and Isaiah; numerous nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Elizabeth Curtis of Mt. Pleasant.

Yogi was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Wilson and brother-in-law, Gary Moore.

Per Yogi's wishes, a Celebration of Life with family and friends will take place in the summer of 2014. The family request memorial donations be made in Yogi's memory to Woodland Hospice of Mt. Pleasant. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
