Mary Lois Myers

Lois Myers, 87, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at Medilodge of Mt. Pleasant. She was born July 15, 1928, in Mt. Pleasant, daughter of the late Ralph and Frances A. (Torpey) Bush. She married Donald Myers on March 2, 1960. She is survived by three sons, Timothy (Lynn) McGuire of Sacramento, CA, Michael (Maryann) McGuire of Eden Prairie, MN, and Richard (Linda) McGuire of Weidman; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a brother, Maurice Bush of Hollywood, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Myers in 1992; and brother, Reginald Bush. Cremation has taken place. Her ashes will be interred in Fairview Cemetery in Weidman next to her husband, Donald. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Commission on Aging.
