Michael Clifford Elliott

Michael Elliott, 74, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019, at his home with his wife by his side. Cremation has taken place and no service is planned. Michael was born December 27, 1944, in Saginaw, Michigan, son of the late Raymond Arthur and Virginia Marie (Little) Elliott. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1962-1967 and on December 2, 1967, married the love of his life, Susetta Ellen Highley in Mt. Pleasant. He was employed by Michcon working in the Oil Fields for 40 years. He retired as a supervisor. He also worked in security at the Soaring Eagle Casino for seven years. Some of Michaels favorite pastimes were fishing, hunting, bowling, and camping. Michael is survived by his wife, Susetta; daughter, Linda Susie Elliott (David Braun); grandchildren, Tara (Kijate), Michael, Courtney (Mike), Danielle, Austin, Emma (Erik), Noah, and Samuel; great grandchild, Kimiko; brother, Ray Elliott; and two sisters, Karen Grover and Nancy Wonsey. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Virginia Elliott; son, Cliff Elliott; two brothers, Robert Elliott and Wayne Elliott; and sister, Susan.
