Peggy Lynn Thrush

Peggy Lynn Thrush, 58, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020, at her residence. She was born August 3, 1961, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, daughter of the late Basil and Pauline (Doherty) Brown. Known as personable, loving, and kind-hearted, Peggy enjoyed making tie blankets and donating them to the cancer unit. She loved animals, especially her dog, Rascal. Peggy is survived by two children, Troy Brown (Kevin) of Commerce Township and Stacy Kerr of Mt. Pleasant; siblings, Paul McMullen of Mt. Pleasant, Jim (Cicelia) McMullen of Sweden, and Russ McMullen of Mt. Pleasant; nieces, Heather (Adam) Stuller of White Pigeon; grandniece, Jasmine Stuller; grandnephew, Skye Stuller, both of White Pigeon; and aunts, Kathy Tammaro of New Jersey and Mary Leveque of Kalamazoo. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Les Thrush; and canine companions, Buddy and Lil Bit. Peggy has been cremated. The family is holding a memorial service on a future date to be determined.
