Phillip Joseph Bechard

Philip Bechard, 66, of Weidman, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021, at home with his family by his side.  Phillip was born on November 22, 1954, son of the late Arthur and Clementine (Dufault) Bechard.  Phillip enjoyed dancing and music.  His Army Men were very special to him, and he loved superheroes; his favorite was Superman.  Phillip liked all foods and watching movies on TV. He worked for MMI in Clare for over 37 years.  During his last 40 years, he has lived with his sister Christine and her husband John.  They enjoyed having him in their home and during the last year, the support from Larry and Libby was extraordinary.  Phillip will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  Phillip is survived by his siblings, Father Gerard Bechard of New Boston, Dennis (Barbara) Bechard of Fridley, Christine (John) Tait of Weidman, and Lawrence (Elizabeth) Bechard of Brownstown; nieces and nephews, Brian, Kevin, Claire, Nicole, Joseph, David; seven great nieces and nephews.  Phillip is preceded in death by both parents and nephew Anthony.  A private family service will be scheduled, and he will be interred at the Fairview Cemetery in Weidman.   To sign the online guest book or leave a condolence for the family please visit www.CharlesRLux.com.
