Richard Lee Fuller, 60, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away unexpectedly December 21, 2018, at his home. His funeral will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 26, at Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Selvidge officiating. Cremation will follow the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Rick was born January 4, 1958, in Benton Harbor, Michigan, son of Frank A. Fuller and Donna M. Post. He served in the U.S. Army from 1977-1981 and married Laura L. Wasey on September 4, 1982, in Mt. Pleasant. He returned to high school and received his diploma from Shepherd High School in 1988. Rick is survived by his wife, Laura; three children, Dezerae Hunt (Marco Galvan) of Columbus, OH, Richard L. Fuller Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, and Marcus Fuller (Bridgit Alcorn) of Mt. Pleasant; five grandchildren, Gavin, Marcus, Destiny, Gabriel, and Brayden; two brothers, Ron Fuller of Iowa and Ed VanAvery of Mt. Pleasant; lifelong friend, Steve Smith of Mt. Pleasant; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Dominic; three siblings, Chuck Post, Fred Fuller, and Laura Huggard-Fuller.
