Robert Lee Allen Carson

Robert Carson, 49, of Mt. Pleasant passed away unexpectedly at his home, Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at his home. Cremation has taken place. His memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, at Ithaca United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the church or at Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Robert was born June 15, 1967, in Saginaw, son of Edwin Wayne and Marie (Rosencrans) Carson. Robert was a 1985 graduate of Ithaca High School and was employed in construction. Robert is survived by his significant other, Rita Johnson of Mt. Pleasant; several brothers; his mother, Marie McGinnis of Saginaw; and three children, Corrina Munro, Robert Carson II RC, and Trevor Carson, all of Ithaca. He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Carson and grandparents.
