Robert J. Johnson

Robert Johnson, 78, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019, at the Laurels of Mt. Pleasant. Roberts funeral will be held at 2 pm Friday March 29, 2019 at Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday one hour prior to the service. Robert was born January 22, 1941 in Pontiac, Michigan, son of the late Russell and Bernadine (Bunting) Johnson. He was a carpenter and was also employed as a custodian at Central Michigan University and the Mt. Pleasant Center. Some of Roberts favorite pastimes were fishing, playing cards, watching television, gardening and bird watching. Robert is survived by his cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
