Rodney Lee Miller

Rodney Miller, 53, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 4, 2013, in Las Vegas while working. He was born March 24, 1960, in Lansing, son of the late Ronald E. and Margaret S. (Sabin) Miller Sr. He has been employed by Prestige Trucking the past two years. Rodney is survived by four children, Rodney (fiance, Carrie Proctor) Miller Jr., Pamela (Jason) Thaller and Sheila Miller, all of Mt. Pleasant and Cindy Miller of Lansing; their mother, Juanita Miller of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren, Nikki Thaller and Jason Thaller Jr., Kailey Proctor, and Sanjaya Miller; five siblings, Margaret Miller of Florida, Ronald (Laura) Miller Jr. of Lansing, William (Katrina) Nulph and Chris (Roberta) Nulph, both of Florida and Randy Miller of three Rivers; his significant other, Linda Eaton and her children, Heather, David, Roy, Candy, Mark and Michael; step-father, Kenneth Nulph; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Lux Family Life Story Funeral Home on Sunday from 12-6 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
