Rodney Scott Roosa age 60, of Lake passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at MidMichigan Medical Center in Clare.

Rod was born in Sheridan, MI on March 15, 1960 to Earl and Margaret (Richardson) Roosa. He grew up in the Weidman area and graduated from Chippewa Hills High School with the class of 1978. Rod worked for Maeder Brothers Sawmill for over 18 years. He loved spending time with his family and friends having a good time; but his most joyful passion in life was spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchild.

Rod is survived by his significant other, Becky Pasch; children, Steven (Natasha) Craven, Sunnie (Paul) Roosa, Michael (Casey) Roosa, Colby Roosa and Jack Roosa; grandchildren, Trinity, Chanse, Adikyn, Azahlia, Destiny, Pashance, Jazmine, Madison, Josh, Aiden, Deyshaun and Easton; 1 great grandchild; Mattias; silbing, Ricky (Mary) Roosa and brother-in-law, Gene Winnie; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Rod was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Marilyn Winnie.

A Memorial Gathering in Rod's honor will be held on Saturday, March 13 at his home at 3 p.m.
