Ronald "Jack" Moore

Ronald "Jack" Moore, age 80, of Lake, MI went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 24, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Jack was born on July 3, 1934 in Lansing, MI the son of James Robert and Jessie (Conyers) Moore. Jack graduated from Lansing Everett in 1952 and married his classmate, Jeanne Fuller in 1956. He worked for Oldsmobile a Division of General Motors as a Tool and Die Maker and ended his 35 year career as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer. Jack retired young but was forever an innovator.

He was a member of the Weidman Eagles #4540 and the Moose Lodge. Jack liked shooting pool and was happiest while working in his home machine shop. He loved having family visit and providing things to make life easier and more fun for them.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Jeanne; his sister Jessica Moore Appleton; 2 daughters, Jamie (Patrick) Eding & Kellie (David) Antes; 5 grandchildren, James Look, Kristina (Ben) Ide, Aaron (Kelsey) Look, Andrew (Kaitlyn) Antes & Tony (Christie) Antes and 9 great grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Ray & Bill Moore.

In keeping with Jack's wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Jack's life will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2015 starting at 2:00 P.M. at the Maier Family Funeral Home, Weidman, MI.
