Rosaleen Zoleski, 83, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 in Brighton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, January 4, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Loren Kalinowski presiding. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home, 2300 S. Lincoln Rd., on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with the Vigil beginning at 2:30 p.m. Visitation continues at the church on Monday one hour prior to the Mass. The family requests that donations be made to the Sacred Heart Parish. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Rosaleen was born December 30, 1926, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Romia and Edith (Faber) Beltinck. Rosaleen is survived by three children, Nancy (Joseph) Janicki of Milwaukee, WI, Mary Jane (Blake) Nelson of Traverse City, and Sally Wieder of Whitemore Lake; two step-sons, Raymond Zoleski, Jr. of Midland and Michael Zoleski of Washington; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Jean Marie Bieske of Mt. Pleasant; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Asher Knight in 1962; her second husband Raymond Zoleski in 1997; one son David Knight; seven brothers; and two sisters.
