Rose Francis Pope

Rose Pope, 85, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020, at Crestwood Assisted Living in Mt. Pleasant.  She was born September 22, 1934, in Dansville MI, daughter of the late Archie and Pearl (Rowe) Cochrane.  Rose was a beautiful person inside and out.  She was loved dearly.  Rose is survived by her two children, Craig (Mary Jo) Pope of Dallas, TX and Nancy (Jeff) Barnes of Beal City; grandchildren, Shannon (Tim), Christopher (Lindsay), Carson (Sydney), Drew (Rachel), and Alex (Kaitlyn); six great grandchildren; sisters, Barb and June; and many extended family members and dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and four siblings. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Rose's life will take place in the spring of 2021.
