Ruby Hall, 94, of Mt. Pleasant and formerly of Honor, MI passed away Monday, July 20, 2015, at Crestwood Village Assisted Living in Mt. Pleasant. A service of remembrance will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 24, at Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph Atchinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the service begins. A luncheon will be held at the funeral home following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to MidMichigan Hospice or to the American Heart Association. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Ruby was born May 27, 1921, in Muskegon Heights, daughter of the late Ralph William and Lillie Ruth (Schwass) Kile. She later moved to Saginaw and graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1939. She is survived by a sister, Doris Koepke of Atlanta, GA; 10 grandchildren, Greg Lent of Shepherd, Terri (Patrick) Conroy of Shepherd, Pepper (David) Densmore of Bridgeport, WV, Kimberly (Parlee) Lee of Four Oaks, NC, Shelly (Bill) Merrill of Ayden, NC, Samuel (Yolanda) Forney of Mt. Pleasant, Jack (Mandy) Lent of Ithaca, Amanda Lent of Cabot, AR, Tammy (Jeff) Rings of Clare, and Edwin McBride of Burton; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; step-son, Lester (Jane) Hall of Atlanta, MI and their children, Stephanie (Bill) Dearman of Texas and Lester (Lisa) Hill of Wisconsin; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester D. Hall; two sons, Edwin Kile Lent and Jack Ronald Lent; twin sister, Ruth Farthing; sister, Maxine Higgins; and brother, Albert Kile.
