Sarah Jane Holmes, age 81 of Weidman passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at her home.

Sarah was born on January 30, 1938 to Eugene and Lorna (Parr) Holmes in Hemple, Missouri. Sarah enjoyed music, animals, babies, dancing and being with people. She would laugh and joke around with everyone she met.

Services for Sarah will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 11 A.M. at Maier Family Funeral Home, 5483 W. Weidman Road in Weidman with Chaplain Daryl Amrozowicz officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 A.M. A luncheon will be served following the service at Listening Ear, 211 N. Main, Mt. Pleasant, MI

Sarah is survived by her sister, Linda Mason; brothers, Robert and Paul Holmes.
