Shirley Louise Shattuck

Shirley Louise Shattuck, age 77 of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the Laurels of Mt Pleasant.

Shirley was born on April 23, 1943 to Ferry Addison and Doris May (Esch) Pease in Alma, Michigan. She grew up in the Beal City area and graduated from Beal City High School in 1961. Shirley married Elton Dean Shattuck on April 25, 1964 at the Winn United Methodist Church. Shirley loved to cook and bake, and doing crafts, but most of all she loved her family and friends. Shirley was a member of the Isabella Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant.

Shirley leaves to cherish his memory her daughter, Carrie (Chris) Helms; granddaughter, Addison Claybaugh; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Elton (Just 9 days before her), and her parents.

Services for Shirley and Elton will take place at a later date.
