Todd William Welch

Todd William Welch, 56, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at MyMichigan Medical Center Gratiot. He was born on March 8, 1968, in Alma, the son of William Angell and Diane Riggie. He worked in manufacturing for several years.

Todd enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle. He will be remembered as a jokester and prankster.

Todd is survived by his children, Cole Welch, Maddie Hamp; three grandchildren; his mother, Diane Fuller; step-mother, Patty Angell; his companion, Sally Felver; and his siblings, Kevin and Rodney Welch, Becky, Betty (Charles), Billie Jo and Greg (Jen) Angell and Dennis Friend.

He was preceded in death by his father, William, and his grandfather, Clarence Riggie.
