Treva M. Burke

Treva Margaret Burke, age 96, of Laughlin, Nevada, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at her home in Laughlin. She was born on October 17, 1918 in Delphos, Ohio, the daughter of William Francis and Hallie Coon Brand. On June 24, 1938, Treva married Basil Lincoln in Midland, Michigan. Mr. Lincoln passed away February 12, 1957. On April 21, 1964, Treva married David W. Burke, who passed away on August 31, 1993. She resided in Coleman from 1955 until 1995 when she moved to Mt. Pleasant. Treva was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, knitting, and crocheting. No services are planned at this time. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donor's choice in memory of Treva. Treva is survived by her son, John Frederick Lincoln of Nevada; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Basil and David; a son, Ronald Lincoln; a grandson, Richard Troy; a brother, Wallace Brand; and a sister, Lucille Lubs.
