Vera E. (Swanson) Wright, age 99, and 9 months, ofHobart/Cadillacpassed away on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Margaret's Meadows with her loving daughters by her side.
Vera and her twin brother were born on September 8, 1914 to Charles and Ardeve (Ide) Swanson in Horbart. She married Edward M. Wright on St. Patricks Day, March 17, 1934. They loved to dance, play euchre and snowmobiling with the family and friends.Mention BINGO and Vera was ready to go.She was a great cook, baked delicious pies; totally enjoyed Chocolate Milk and her favorite snack was chocolate candy and cheese puffs.
Vera is survived by daughters; Marie (Thomas) Nulty of Weidman and Verna (Harold) Davis of Farwell; son, Lynn (Kathy) Wright of Tustin; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Vera was preceded in death by her husband, Ed in November 1990; parents; and infant son; 6 brothers and 5 sisters.
Vera will be laid to rest at Maple Hill Cemetery in Cadillac.
