At the Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home, our facility is designed to offer comfort, accessibility, and peace during times when those qualities matter most. Conveniently located on Lincoln Road in Mt. Pleasant, our funeral home provides a welcoming environment where families can gather, remember, and begin the healing process together. Our thoughtfully designed space includes a spacious chapel that can accommodate up to 300 guests, with the flexibility to be divided into smaller chapels for more intimate services. This allows families to choose a setting that best reflects their needs, preferences, and the life being honored.
Our chapel is equipped with a full audio-visual system, allowing families to share tribute videos, photos, music, and spoken reflections during services. The system also supports speakers, readers, and musicians, ensuring that every voice can be heard clearly and that meaningful moments are shared seamlessly.
Families also have access to a private family lounge, offering a quiet place to step away, connect, and rest during long days of visitation or services. The lounge includes a kitchenette, tables and chairs, and a coffee bar, allowing families to bring in food and refreshments for their comfort.
Adjacent to the funeral home, the Lincoln Reception Center provides a convenient and comfortable space for gatherings following services. The reception center can accommodate up to 140 guests for luncheons and includes an on-site kitchen to support catered meals. With a separate ADA accessible entrance and parking, families can remain together on one property without the need to travel elsewhere.
