We are here to provide compassionate care for you and your pet when you need us most. To ensure a smooth process, please review our service hours below.
NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. To schedule a drop-off, please call (989) 773-5616 or use our convenient online intake form so our staff can be prepared to meet you.
Payment is due in full at the time of drop-off at our facility or pickup from vet.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
After-Hours Drop-Off at Our Facility: ($75)
- Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Vet Pickup Options: ($50)

If Your Pet Passes at the Veterinarian’s Office
If your pet passes at the vet’s office or you have a scheduled euthanasia appointment, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate with your veterinarian.
Alternatively, you may bring your pet to our facility yourself.
For the most efficient service, please complete our online intake form to request a vet pickup or drop-off.

At Mt. Pleasant Pet Cremation Service, we understand that pets are more than just animals—they are beloved family members, cherished companions, and a source of unconditional love. Losing a pet is never easy, and we are here to support you through this difficult time with kindness, compassion, and dignity.
In partnership with Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home, we provide private pet cremation services throughout Central Michigan, ensuring that every pet is honored with the care and respect they deserve. We believe that every beloved pet should receive the same level of reverence in their final farewell as any other family member—because pets are family too.
PRICING
- Our price is based on the weight of your pet, and an urn is complimentary with the price.
- Payment is due at the time of pet drop-off at our facility and is due before pickup from a veterinarian's office.
- If you choose to drop off your pet after hours, there is an additional $75 fee.
- If you choose to have us pick up your pet from a veterinarian's office, there is an additional $50 fee. If the veterinarian's office is outside a 20-mile radius of our facility, a $ 3.50-per-loaded-mile fee applies.
